I’m Jeni, and I bring 13 years of professional grooming experience to our care. I’m a SAFE Groomer Certified professional, trained in recognizing and preventing stress during grooming, and certified in working with difficult or anxious dogs. My specialty is creating a calm, positive experience so that even the most nervous pets can feel comfortable and cared for. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with pets of every size, breed, and temperament — always putting their safety and well-being first.

My husband, Chris, adds his own wealth of firsthand animal experience, with a natural ability to connect with even the most energetic or uncertain pets. He has a gift for helping dogs settle in quickly, turning nervous arrivals into tail-wagging regulars through patient guidance and playful interaction.

Together, we offer more than just services — we provide a safe, structured, and loving environment for every furry guest. From expert grooming to engaging day camp activities, cozy overnight stays, and free transportation, our care is designed to keep pets happy, healthy, and stress-free.
